In today's world, the gender perspective is an inescapable component of work in modern society and has become a dimension that runs through public policies. Our company assumes that gender diversity, gender equality, and the reconciliation of work life with family and personal life are essential principles for human development and its evolution.
Gender issues are strongly related to cultural patterns long established through centuries of formation, which constitutes a major challenge to advance in policies that generate greater equality of opportunities and working conditions between women and men, as well as to assume such a dimension in the design of our projects and in the provision of our services.

General Objective
Promote a cultural change around gender equality, both regarding uses and practices inside the company and its projection to society, through its relations with providers and the provision of services, establishing the rules and mechanisms necessary for it.
Specific Objectives
- Encourage the access of women at all work levels of the company, under equitable conditions.
- Promote equal working conditions and opportunities between men and women in all labor environments.
- Create proactive conditions that allow reconciling family and personal life with work life.
- Prevent any conduct of occupational and sexual harassment in the company, creating and activating the necessary mechanisms for its prevention and sanction.
